Refund policy

Since we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Your experience is our first priority and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please email us at support@theholyroastco.com within 30 days of purchase

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.  To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
